     Try to swap the OBD cords around and check too. Sometimes they can be faulty.  We've replaced 2 cords for customers this year.

     hello i have same problem with my j2534ECU  when i scan the car it only scans the transmission not car ecu i have tried with many cars is still same i swap the cable still same i re flushed the j2534 but still same problem can some one help me plz?

    Hi, if you have updated the J2534 then please connect the VCI to the Maxisys tablet via USB cable instead of bluetooth to check the result. If there is still the same problem, can you please upload a data log for our engineers to check further? Thanks and Merry Christmas!

       Hello i did try that but still same problem it reads body control module and some other module but it will enter ECM Or TCM  data 

    i know the problem is J2534   please give an email address so i can send the engineers  data log  i have ordered 2x  J2534  as a backup so i will test them and let u know, btw i was using it for about 7 months with no problem it only happened about 2 weeks a go, i emailed the support team but no answer
