OK,  We have had this Autel for Several months and every time we try to flash/update we hit problems and excuses. This last one was a 2011 Subaru Forester, I got the CD needed, installed and hit an error code. Called Autel and they crawled into our computer, said I can not use my desk top unless we turn off all safety ware, ok. done now my *** is out there. Still no luck, and no call back from Autel.  So had to release vehicle and send to dealer. what laptop and software are needed to get all this running correctly, and is anyone having any luck with support?
