use j2534 to program jaguar transmission using software SDD on laptop ?

    I am asking if I can use j2534 to program jaguar transmission using software SDD on laptop ? Does this ablicable? Since software cannot installed on Maxisys tablet.
    What is the right connection or software required.

     The SDD software has a very specific laptop requirements. Make sure you read the pc specs needed. You also should use a stand alone pc for the SDD program. Any of the Ford,Mazda,Honda programs will interfere with the SDD operation. Unless you partition the laptop. The Jag software is quite large and takes some time to download and get working. Good luck with it. It took me multiple attempts with different laptops until I got a good combo.

     I am not sure if SDD works with J2534.

    But one thing I know, you should install in Windows XP and without any other software.

    And after V136 is very difficult to find one that we could patch to work.
