     why do you need to use J2543 for DAS Star/Xentry? You should be using the Mercedes multiplexer for DAS. Xentry is very sensitive when it comes to the multiplexer, it even needs a physical serial port, it wouldn't even work for me with a USB to serial adapter.

     For BMW, you just hate to register in BMW website and install all the software that they have. There is instructions, but if you need any help, please be free to contact me.

    About Mercedes, you have to order or find in the internet, a Xentry version exclusive for J2534. If you order the DVD from Mercedes it will cost about 100€. And then is ready to work.
