    Hello suppot, my maxisys pro sense last updated can communicate with passtrue, and software crasch all the time, I Called tech support, and they could do anything because my suscription period expired. Please any help, I'm planning to do reset on my tablet, but need to back up all the files,

     hi bro how are you did u problem has been solved yet?
    actually i have a same problem  but i have subscription period would u like help me if i wil reset my pro so it wil recover i means diagnose software wil come or no ?
