Flash RCD-510 ERROR!!!

I have a Maxiflash Elite (J2534) and i am trying to update my RCD-510 with ODIS.
I have tried almost everything and nothing helps.
Sometimes i get error after 10% and next time 78%!?!?
The only thing i can Think of is external Power for the J2534, does anybody know if that is necessary?
