    I have the same problem also the down tool bar work sometimes other problem is that sometimes when I turn on it turns off itself

     The best way to update the firmware on your VCI is to connect to your Tablet and NOT to your PC......

    Try turning off blue tooth then plug your vci in with your USB cable.

     no problem on your side ,problem is autel being greedy if you buy their update 1250.00 per year you all set
