I lost all the data due to the unstable electrical current in my country, Libya. The inspection program does not have any data. The screen is white. There are no car brands or anything. Is there any help in retrieving what was lost please?Tags: problem

Looking at the picture you posted your tool looks normal i can't see white screen.............. if you have any problem with this software or any other than try to update the tool
