HELP! Scanner (AL619) not working!

How do you install the software onto a new, blank card though. I am currently in the same boat with my AL619. Won't power up either by OBDII or USB unless I remove the card and plug it in through USB, at which point it only shows a screen with a picture of the unit with an arrow pointing to insert a card. I suspect the card is corrupted as it seems others have had issues with, but nowhere do I see instructions of what to do to ultimately fix it. Autel, please help. -

I had the same issue, - had a brain snap and removed the SD card.finally managed to resolve the issue - i purchased a new sd card, put the card in an adapter and inserted it into the computer.The PC suite interface (after updating to the latest version) then prompted me to download and install the initial running/boot up sofware required to run the scanner. (which it had not done in previous attempts)Downloaded and updated all vehicle data,plugged in and it was up running again. -

Hello, I have an issue, someone updated the SD card of the scanner but they didn´t change the model so the software of the other model got uploaded into the SD card and now the software wont start on the MAXIDIAG MD808 ProIs there a way to factory reset the SD card to have it start the software and then update the software? I cant get to the serial number or register password since the program doesnt start -

I recently bought this device, and I am having some major issues with it. It can not find any error codes, even though i am looking at 3 error codes in the vehicle display - Also, almost every function say's "not supported" -- This is NOT what i expected from a 'new' product of which i've up until i bought it for myself, heard nothing but good reviews from. I hope there's a solution for this, or if anyone had similar problems and might be able to help out. -
