While reading SRS codes in honda CRV 2008, message appears "tester not communicating with controller"

    I have recently purchased autel 619 for my Honda CRV 2008 SRS code check but when I tried to scan SRS codes it give the massage "tester not communicating with controller" Software is already updated so what is the problem.
