     No puedo actualizar mi escane Maxicheck pro porque el programa Autel Update me pide actualizarlo y ocurre que se cancela la descarga, probe con el prograama Maxi suite y me ocurre el mismo problema.
    Probe el computador de un amigo y se pudo pero yo necesito arreglar el problema en mi pc un Lenovo windows 8.1
    Alguien me puede ayudar por favor

    Translating the message of our Spanish speaking friend: 

    I am not able to update my MaxiCheck Pro scanner because the Autel Update program asks to update it and then the download gets cancelled by itself. I tried with the MaxiSuite program and the same thing happened. Then I tried with my friend's computer and it worked, but I need to fix the problem on my PC, a Lenovo running Windows 8.1.
    Can someone help me please

     Por como se ve tu escritorio en la captura, necesitas que un informático que sepa limpiar basura de los ordenadores te eche una mano. dado que funciona en otro ordenador, el problema está en una configuración tuya.
