     Hola, he tenido un problema y al meter la SD al ordenador se ha atualizado y ha cambiado el número de serie del aparato de forma que no concuerda. Por esto ya no tengo autorización ni de acceder al aparato.
    Alguien sabe como deshacer esto o resetear el aparato

     Hello, I had a problem and the computer put the SD has initialization changed the serial number of the device so that does not match. Therefore I have no authorization or access the device. Anyone know how to undo this or reset the unit

    The PC suite software that you use to do the updates is not right one for your Autel device. 
    We have released new PC suite software on our website. 
    You can log in our website to download the latest PC suite software for your Autel tool from your account, and then install it to update the tool.
