problem with the update v4.50

Hello
I have a problem with the update. I can not download the update v4.50 for my VAG505 with the Autel update software. It Appears to me that there is a new update, but when I click install then stands there for a second downloading and then immediately download failed. What's also very strange at the size of the update is 0.0MB. Sorry for the bad english.

0.0MB is not correct, please make sure you are using new PC suit and the PC is well connected to Autel update server.
