Dear support,

Please help, I want to change the menu language from  English into Dutch, but when I selected the Dutch flag and pushed at the "OK" button, was al that it says is; 

"The language is not authorized. Please obtain the authorization!"

I bought this VAG-505 Scan Tool in the Netherlands for what was told, with my native language, which is Dutch...

The product serial number is: MSV016000047  -  Manufacture Date is: 2016-03-03

So, my hope is that you can and be so kind to help me out here,

PS: in case of, I want to use the Dutch language besides the English language ;-)

PS: Unfortunately, this time the English language is not authorized :-(

So please, is there someone from the support office who can authorized the English language besides the Dutch language for me... ???
