Can any one help me please I updated my ebs301 from the official software program a while ago and the language changed from English to Spanish & I can not change it back again. When I go into the language option i get a message saying in Spanish that I have not got authorisation to change back to english. My serial number is: MSE012002139   any help would be much appreciated.
