My TS501 Will not power up after my SD card was formatted what can I do?

     Does anyone know what can be done to start the tool without the SD card?

    Hello. 
    Both software and SD card are needed. As you format the SD card, if your TS501 is still within the update period,  you can load the SD card to the computer, and then use the PC Suite software to download and install all the software updates.
