TS401 will not run off battery

     TS401 will not run off battery.  Powers up when charger is plugged into it but nothing when the power button is pressed on battery power only.  All functions work properly except it will not power down with the power button.  Screen goes blank again as soon as charger is unplugged.  Battery charge indication shows full charge.  Any fixes for this aside from sending it Autel for repair?

     Hi 
    Sounds like your battery is toast, how old is it ,as it could be under warrantee,not sure how easy it is to replace the battery's if its not under warrantee.

     I replaced the battery and it fixed the problem.  Works perfect now.  Thanks!
