     Hello, I installed the latest update on the TS401 and now I have:
    AUTEL
    MaxiTPMS TS401
    Version: V2.40

    And that's it, I can only shut off the tool and power it on. Is there any way to recover from a bad update?
    The tool isn't recognized by the computer anymore and I cannot access the main menu to place the tool in update mode.

     My problem is that the computer doesn't recognize the Autel tool, I cannot load any files to it.
    The tool is stuck on the title screen and I cannot load anything to it. The USB isn't recognized by the computer, so I can't load anything.

    Any idea how to force the tool to get the file?

     Hi, I am afraid you can only send it for warranty if it's still within warranty period.
