      just bought a ts501, cant find server tried on different computer same thing.ok i just purchased a ts501i registered it , and every time i try to install software the site says sever not found, even on different computers.

     TS501 use the same update server as MD802, and we can update. Could you please explain the problem more clearly?

     And we changed our update server earlier, please try the update in different local network as well.
