     What software is used to unzip the update file?  I am working on a WIN10 machine.

      i just updated  my ts401  3 weeks ago
    i use the  maxilink 11   v 1.03        to install the zip file

    Since windows XP you an extract ZIP files without any extra software.

    Right-Click on the file and select extract.....

    If that function was removed in WINDOWS 10 you can look for

    7zip (freeware)
    Winzip (Shareware)

    to deal with zip files.
