how can i rest the TS401 to factory sitting?

     I bought new TS401 tool and update software to last version without try it first but 
    the tool didnt read any sensor, I try it in more one car
    Please help .

     I think the update is not good 
    i saw videos for old version software it include more vehicles and many years for each one
    for example Honda in my tool include (accord, civic, Jazz ) but in previous version include (crosstour, CR-V , CR-Z , element ,fit , Insight ,etc...)
    I hope to help me change my software version if that possible .

      The latest version V2.59 has a lot newer vehicles and works very well,  I think you loaded the EU or European version into the TPMS tool.  There are two directories in the download one is EU and the other is US.  Choose according to your region.

    Yes, check that you update the correct region

    AND

    You have to update the firmware and the DTC to make it work !

    I try the US type and its work very well 
    the EU was wrong choice
