    My TS601 screen froze during use; it shows System Status screen and does not respond to any buttons. It has been frozen for over 20 hours and nothing changes. Suggestions?

     Hold the power button in until the screen says Bye Bye

     You can also try to format SD card and re-install software if the S/N is within update period.
