Support I'm sorry to open another thread post another picture to reply to your suggestion, I thought the error might be caused from the module seeing the ID twice ,but pulling the picture of DS708 displaying the sensors it does look like a 0 and not an O. Pictures don't lie, LOL :-)
BTW when it comes to entering letters of the tire IDs, is the entry of the letters case sensitive where they need to be Capitalized the way they appear .When I put the DS708 keyboard to Caps lock, then keyboard doesn't display number selection
Hello, maybe you need to enter "0D2204D1" instead (number 0, not letter O).
Btw, in new version, we will use "Front left","Front Right", etc. to replace sensor 1, 2, 3, 4.

Yeah,that was all it was .Thanks. The DS708 displayed 0 before the letter D, but I still believe the TS 401 displayed O before the letter D and that is what I tried to enter . -

It would not have since allowable HEX chars are 0-9 & A,B,C,D,E,F
