     I am attempting to update my TS401, but when I download the update pack, I get errors when trying to Unzip the file.

    I have tried to unzip on two different computers, a MAC and a PC running Windows 7. No luck on either. I also tried to download the update on both in case I was getting acorrupt file, but that didn't change anything.

    Any ideas?

     try saving to a different location like desktop. seems like you dont have a downloads folder....i just expand into the downloaded folder and go from there...

    God, do i feel dumb. Put it onto the desktop and it opened right up....
