I got 2.58 from rlaffect, but that didn't help either. What I did was.

Removed and installed Maxi-Link II v1.04

Installed Device Monitor Studio from HHD Software and used USB monitor.

Started DMS and activated port and USB raw debug.

Started Maxi-Link and told that I have a TS401 and use 3.12 US version both for Program and DTC

Connected TS401 with USB cabel and Maxi-Link got green and use com11:

Did upload in Maxi-Link, Program first, then DTC. DTC take a long time in 3.12 version.

When ready disconnected USB cabel and left it for a few minutes (I didn't see that I had succeed ;) 

After some minutes I pressed the power button and volla, it comes to live again.

So problem have to be Maxi-Link having communication problem with the device. They need to change handshake, so the filetransfer are 100% complete. Never version av Program and DTC are bigger and simulate serial communication need a working handshake. I don't think thats the case with todays Maxi-Link.
