     hi , 
    i has try updated my ts 401 and on my maxilink is write wrong device . and after my device turn off and after never turn on . can is possible make a hard reset .

     Did you ever call or email support and get a case number and a resolution to the problem ? (BTW 2 weeks is a long time to wait for any sort of response ), and if so what did they have you do to get it working again?
