     I am having trouble to update my TS401. After I installed the last v3.13 I received the following message:
    "aut version is defferent with bin version! Please update!". I went back to the web site and tried to download and intall several times without success. Anyone can help?

     I'm not sure what version of windows are supported. I tried it with my new laptop running windows 10 and it would not update. I have an old laptop running Vista and it updated no problem. That may be your issue??

     hey bud,
      The bin file goes on the top section of the pop up screen and the aut file in the dtc section below,or the other way around,I can't quite remember but you have to install both files
