TS 501 not showing available updates on update page

    I just upgraded from a ts401 to a ts501 and under (my devices) it indicates there are updates available but when I go to the update page it only shows the ts401 and 601. I know there should be an available update because I'm not showing the newer model vehicles that I received when I updated my ts401. Please help anyone. Thanks

    Free updates for all handheld models. Probably by this time you already resolved your problem.
