    TS401 v2.42 cant add new vehicle 

    I thought i updated my unit two days ago.  However, I tried using it for the first time after the update, i cant add a new vehicle.  when i hilight Vehicle Selection and press button Y, nothing happens.

     There  are  two separate items  to  be  updated,  the  program  and
    DTC.

     I had to re update both files again for the second time before it would work properly.
