    Hi,
    The Autel Printer does not working. The computer not see the device because the drivers not installed: "USB device not recognised". The Device Manager shows lacks of drivers. Any solution? Windows 10 Pro x64 English UK

     I also have at TS501 out the box it was initially recognized by my PC Win10 after I completed the software update after I plug the unit into the PC it now reads the 501 as a storage device. It now only reads the USB card that came with the 501. I have tried it on two different PCs same issue.

     Which Windows 10 have you got-32bit(x86) or 64bit(x64)?

     After latest update PC sees the TS501 but Autel Printer not working and update through USB cable not working however is possible to print out the history of readings if click on icon This PC then AUTEL then RECORD then record will open in web browser(Firefox,Opera,Internet Explorer etc) and also is possible to update via usb card reader.
