After update change from Global to North America

After update, the firmware has been changed without my permission and without informing from Global (which I oryginally had) to North America. How to back to Global?

In the manual that came with my TS501 on page 10, you can change Market under Setting but I have no Market icon to choose! Tried with updating but still no Market icon.

No Market icon. Yes I update then software changed to North America.

The Autel Technical Support help resolve the problem. Firmware return from North America to original Global version. Contact Technical Support first, they change status of your firmware in your online registration profile then: make full format of memory card, insert memory card to usb card reader, insert to PC, run Autel Update, select: System Program, MX-Sensor, Domestic/Basic data (this will writte to your memory card) and after that select all makes&models of cars on long list (69 at the moment - this will writte to your memory card). Done. Enjoy!

Hello! I want to scan OEM TPMS sensors on my car. But I don't know in what format written my OEM sensors: decimal or hexadecimal. What format ID should I set in my SETTING Autel TS501? Thank you.
