Update - Can't connect to the server. Please check the internet connection

    Hi,

    I want to upate my TS601 with Autel PC Update v6.19. When I try to login, I get this message "Can't connect to the server. Please check the internet connection". My internet connection is good. What is the address IP, host or port required?

    First,make sure the Maxi PC Suite you using is the latest(V1.17),if not,please download the latest one at the link: http://www.maxitpms.com/tpmscms/product/648.jhtml
    If it's still the same,try to deblock the IP and Port below:
    IP : server.auteltech.net           port : 9600 and 8888
    IP : pro.autel.com                port : 9600 and 8888
    IP : download908bak.auteltech.net      port : 8080

     I have the same issue my loging user mane and passowrd are correct i can log into the pro.autel.com etc. but when i try to update my TS601
    with pc suite v1.32 i get cannot connect to account incorrect or password. i logged a ticket but no reply search ing the we forms for help i see the above post 

    how do i deblock the ips below Autel. is letting me down !!!!!
