      The scroll up button on my TS401 no longer works. If it is pressed in any of the sub menus it takes you to Vehicle Selection in the Main Menu. If it is pressed under Vehicle Selection in the Main Menu, the tool switches off. It has in fact taken over the functions of the the on/off button as it also switches on the tool. Has anyone experienced a similar dysfunction?

    There must be something wrong with your device,please ask your dealer for some help or you can post it back to China for maintenance(please make sure your device within warranty period). Here is the address of Autel China:
