    1.Please take you SD card out of your device then press Power on/off button,is there is picture shows on the screen and prompt you to insert your SD card? If Yes,there is no problem with your device,please update your device again.Kindly be noted that we strongly recommend you update your device via SD card but not USB cable,and the latest update application for TS501 is Maxi PC Suite V1.18(windows)/V1.0(Mac),please download by yourself and update by following the update instruction.Here is the link to download the latest Maxi PC Suite:

    2.If you can see nothing(the screen still blank) when you take the SD card out from you device and press the power on/off button,please ask your dealer for some help.
