I downloaded the update for TS401. 

It worked at first, sort of - it wouldn't let us enter the "vehicle" menu. 

So I did another update, thinking that it might have been a bad install.

When I unzipped the folder and opened Maxi, the machine told me it was the wrong file. When I went a longer route following the instructions, it was the right bin file, but the aut file says ‘wrong machine’. 

Right now I get the banner screen but nothing else. It won't turn on or off. Completely frozen. 

What now?
