TS 401 V 5.41 tool kit / Scan MX- Sensor seems broken

     I have 2 options in tool kit , one is RKE and RF Monitor and the other is Scan MX-Sensor .When I select Scan MX-Sensor all it does is give message "Perform this operation when TPMS sensor is Below 70 KPa," then it times out and displays Without Sensor and can go no further.
