     Hello,

    I have a TS508 that I purchased as "NEW" but I think someone already registered it.  I have created an online ID and when I type in the S/N and password it says "the product has been registered".  I need to get the product registered under my account so I can update it and program my TPMS.  What should I do to get this corrected?

     That happend to me and my resulution was register my unit with my wife email and her password. Try .good luck.
