I have worked through several tutorials on-line. And I'm still unable to Wake Up / Activate any on the sensors on this 10th Gen Honda Civic 1.5T (2020).
Would any one have any suggestions how i would be able to get these sensors to communicate with my TS501.
    Thanks

How old are sensors, maybe they ran out of power.

I have the TPMS 508 Tool, and an Autel MS906.
Both do not detect the TPMS system on my 2020 Honda Civic 1.5T
The TPMS just fails to detect any sensor, and The MS906 indicates that it is not supported.

    Regards

I'm curious. Does your Civic come with Indirect TPMS? Typically, Indirect TPMS doesn't come with sensors. If you want to recalibrate, make sure you set the tyres to the correct placard pressure, then through the sat-nav's home screen, select Settings, Vehicle, Deflation Warning System, and Initialise.
