Unable to register TS501 Pro and no longer usable

    I've just purchased a TS501 Pro off the Autel store on Amazon. I proceeded with the following as indicated in the literature received with the device:
    1. created my Autel account online
    2. registered my TS501 Pro device online in my account
    3. proceeded to download and install the Maxi PC Suite (MacOS version)
    4. When logging into Maxi PC Suite, I receive the massage "No device has been registered under this ID"

    After a couple uses of the TPMS Relearn function, the TS501 Pro will no longer allow any function after selecting "Register Later".

    No longer usable, will be returning the TS501 Pro for a refund !!!

     Same. Running on a Windows laptop. Cant even sign in to the pc suite, it just goes to a Cant find device or some such and hangs Never even get a login screen. Think I'll return this POS and get a Foxwell.

     Don't worry folks about login in or what not. I have login in with this TS501 and there absolutely nothing. Not a single update! Fairly useless, I can't find any old car this thing will work with.
