Unable to register TS501 Pro and no longer usable

I've just purchased a TS501 Pro off the Autel store on Amazon. I proceeded with the following as indicated in the literature received with the device:1. created my Autel account online2. registered my TS501 Pro device online in my account3. proceeded to download and install the Maxi PC Suite (MacOS version)4. When logging into Maxi PC Suite, I receive the massage "No device has been registered under this ID"After a couple uses of the TPMS Relearn function, the TS501 Pro will no longer allow any function after selecting "Register Later".No longer usable, will be returning the TS501 Pro for a refund !!!
