    I'm very confused

    The dealer says to visit your web page for the update file, then you say they have the file.
    But the dealer is openly listing that this so called discontinued unit has updateable software.

     Where do you get the latest update available for the MD801? I have recently purchased new.

    As you know, MD801 has already been discontinued for a long time (about 2 years), and our authorized dealers shouldn't sell it any more. Now it's hard to tell if the unit is authentic. If it's just bought recently, pls try to contact them to exchange it with a  new model.

     For MaxiDiag Elite, new models are MD701, MD702, MD703, MD704 and MD802.
