There needs to be away to back up all thecustomer and prior repair records to a memory card . As it stands if you need to do a wipe of the software and reload you loose all your info. This is very inconvient to say the least. It would be also nice if we could have windows software to complement this customer database. This way it can be viewed and changed much easier
