    How about making the unit so that it's actually possible to get the micro SD card out without having to use pliers or similar.

    The card pops out fine but is impossible to get hold of cos of the rubber cover unless you have the fingers of a baby.

    It's easy to get hold of the SD card for most people, and you can also use some tools if it's small for you. Many models use micro SD card.
