I can just imagine how much quicker these guys could work and be able to straighten out problems if they were able to just access our tablet using Team Viewer see what is going on with them in their native language, find the problem within the data log , translate it and patch the software holes. We verify the fix and could personally send them a $5-$50 tip through paypal for a job well done for fixing things right saving us downtime.
