There are a tons of one sentence  Cookie Cutter questions or complaints posted on here about not being able to find something or do something with their tool.

 These posts don't provide any useful specific information about the make, model, year, engine of the vehicle in question, let alone the Autel Tool or the software level being used. Some of these posts are even in the wrong category.

  I think in order to create a new initial  post there should be some specific  fields that need to be filled out filled . Better yet if the signed in user id is tied to a specific device serial #, some of the fields could be auto filled
