You need to be within the free update period, you need to contact support in your geographic area with the serial # and register password to request the language change ( and register the unit in your name and email address as primary account) If it is still within the update period, you will probably be instructed to do a factory reset, select your language of choice ,set up primary e-mail account, and possibly install a 32gb Sandisk class 10 SD card , then download all the car apps in the selected language. It's a hassle but not Rocket Science
