I am a retired European car tech that has a Ford F650 with a Cummins 6.7 /2011 . I had all dealer level diagnostics but no longer can afford subscriptions. Is there a tool that can diagnose the Ford as well as my European cars?

My current issue is with a Ford F650 with a J1939 connector that I need to diagnose a check engine light. I hope to purchase only one tool to be able to diagnose this bus and my European cars.Thanks for any insight.
