Updates, and support could answer some year for ppls who are asking these! nice to buy MS509 and read forums all over the internet that auteltech is never gonna answer you :( .. wont work with 3B passat (b5) 1998, ver 2.02 and with no support thinking about to throw the reader to trashcan and never gonna touch autel anymore =/

call the 800 number for the us support and they are great at helping you with issues. although if you can not figure it out perhaps you should try something else like washing the cars instead of trying to fix them...just saying
