MaxiCheck USB problem with windows 10

     I bought a MaxiCheck. I downloaded the latest version of the Maxi PC Suite and installed it. My Windows 10 does not recognize the MaxiCheck on any USB. USB device was not recognized, is the name of the Windows message. The power pack for the 5 volt supply works and provides the MaxiCheck with the supply voltage. Who knows this problem? How can i solve it?

     Thank you for your valued help. 
    I am registering the serial number MC0518001993 and the registration password 266142 in my account. Product registration is confirmed by Autel. Then I insert the SD card into the PC slot and start the Maxi PC Suite. Sign me up. Then the following error message always appears:
    No device has been registered unter this ID.
    What can I do?
