     MD 801 and it seems everyone who bought any second hand device is not able to update or reregister it in the new owners account. 

    Currently not satisfied with the Autel help regarding this matter!

     No answer regarding ownership change, updating or registering to a new account. 

    Is it even possible?

    I notice all other Questions regarding this matter has not been answered on this forum!
