MD801 is an old model. Please contact your distributor for update files.

Support: You say to contact your distributor for update files for the MD801 because it is an old model. Can we have a list of updates that have been done for the MD801 prior to the introduction of the MD802, so that we can get up to date. The manual says it is updateable over the internet!!! All we are asking for is a location and some files for something which I myself only purchased 6 months ago, and have had no updates at all in that time. How about a gesture of goodwill and a one-off farewell update for all owners of this fine piece of equipment. Then maybe we will continue to be customers of Autel in the future.!!! And a support area with previous updates, manuals, etc., if there were any, would not go amiss as the files would take up very little room.

Hi, sir, as you can see, this website is re-designed recently, so our focus is on our new products. We will put the old models related information in a seperate area in the future in order to give some supports for those customers.

Reply to 4 floor: how soon can we expect updates for MD801 I just got mine this week and the place where I purchased still had several units left which I was gonna recommend to some coworkers but not if they can't be updated

to Floor 5: I will recommend your coworker purchase the new model : MD802, with a similar price but better performance. As for the MD801 updates, we are still checking with our engineers.
